„Alexander B. A. Pielsticker is a musical chameleon, composing and producing music in a lot of different styles. At the age of fourteen, Alexander began composing while growing up with classical music on the piano and discovering the freedom of music in jazz and improvised music. Having achieved two Bachelor of Music degrees at the ArtEZ University of the Arts in Arnhem (The Netherlands), he is now following up his studies with the Master of Music program to focus on his unique and individual language as a pianist and composer.

At the start of 2024 Alexander had the opportunity to perform with the famous Beethoven Orchester in Bonn. In addition to his solo project, Alexander also performs with his big band at the ArtEZ University of the Arts, having played at the famous North Sea Jazz festival in Rotterdam (The Netherlands). Furthermore he toured with different bands through various countries in Europe and is part of the jazz trio Lanzensticker, experimental international jazz trio 3HOKB and Cologne-based musical collective Lind·Froot, which supports the musical upbringing in low-income countries all over the world.“
